On September 2015 Ecus Private Equity I sold its 68,7% stake to Elis, Europe’s leading textile maintenance and rental provider.

Central Frenos is the main chain of fast repair services for the automotive industry in the metropolitan region. As of October 2012 it operated 18 locations in Santiago, Viña del Mar and Concepción. Central Frenos sells and provides services related to brakes, tires, alignment, balancing, lubricants, shock absorbers, batteries, electronic injection, pre-purchase diagnosis and vehicle insurance.
On October 2012 Ecus Private Equity I sold its 50,1% stake to EMASA, one of its main competitors in the vehicles repair services’ industry.

Vitamina is the first chain of high quality, employee-sponsored childcare centers for working families in Chile. As of January 2016 it operated close to 50 centers in Santiago, Viña del Mar, Valparaíso, Quilpué and Rancagua, and had developed strong customer relations with several companies such as Banco Santander, Banco de Chile and Cencosud. On January 2016 Ecus Private Equity I sold its remaining 14,4% stake to the controllers.
Loginsa is the leading provider of 3PL logistics in Chile. With presence in Chile and Colombia, the Company operates 11 distribution centers in Santiago and 2 in Bogotá, providing integrated logistics solutions such as transportation, warehousing, value added services and distribution, which can be scaled and customized to its clients’ requirements. It also counts with a fleet of more than 300 vehicles and an advanced technological platform allowing an efficient control of inventories and on-line feedback with its diversified client portfolio, which includes prestigious companies from the food, retail, industrial and pharmaceutical sectors.
As part of an expansion plan and aiming to include specialized logistic services, in 2009 Loginsa started serving the pharmaceutical sector. In 2012, Loginsa acquired Austral Freezer, a strategic cold storage operator.

Ama Time is an integrated manufacturer, mixer and packer and trader of fruit and vegetable single strength purees and not from concentrate (NFC) juice, sold in bulk and B2C packaging (spouted pouches or bottles).
The Company is mainly focused on organic products for the North and South American markets as well as Asia Pacific.
In October 2013, Ecus Agri-Food fund started a 50/50 joint venture with #1 organic fruits producer and exporter in Chile, giving birth to this greenfield project granted with state-of-the-art European technology. In August 2014 the Fund materialized an add-on investment in Ama Time SpA to include a new production line oriented towards premium NFC juices.
